Technical mk2b headlight hight (adjustment)

Hello, i need some help adjusting my headlight beam patteren.
i lowered my car alot with coilovers and i have some aftermarker rims/tire setup, i correctly adjusted my headlights ater ,but since the car is lowered the beam is still to low and i got into some truble when i went to homologate the coilovers that the beam is still to low and needs to be at stock hight.

If someone with a stock-stockish mk2b can provide me with the distance from the ground to the start of the headlights or the center dots on the headlights so i can adjust it correctly i would really appriciate it
