This question has been asked a number of times in the past. First off, we need to know the engine: https://www.shop4parts.co.uk/?name=...odel=19&items=Fiat_Punto_(2003_to_2006)_Parts However then it can get difficult: https://www.shop4parts.co.uk/?name=...=Fiat_Punto_(2003_to_2006)_1.2_8v_Timing_Belt

You'll notice even these people, who really know their "onions" want your chassis number to be certain.

I don't know if you are only going to renew the belt on it's own? personally I'm a believer in doing a kit which includes the belt, idler pulley and water pump because it's often one of the bearings failing which causes problems: https://www.shop4parts.co.uk/?name=...t_Punto_(2003_to_2006)_1.2_8v_Timing_Belt_Kit Please note there are two types of tensioner. The earlier design which is manually tensioned and the later one which is spring loaded.

If you're feeling bamboozled by all this I'd encourage you to give Mick Holdsworth and his chaps at Shop4parts a ring. They are Fiat specialists, very helpful, not at all "pushy" and will be able to sort you out. Have your Chassis/VIN no. handy.
