no it wont work in an 05 plater
be careful this unit is classed as high in punto speak
this means it will only work in a mk2 punto that was wired up at the factory originally for a high fitting bluepoint audio unit

in other words if buyer has a factory bluepoint cassette player only in their dash at the moment then its fair to say this unit wont work

this is why i have one sat on my desk in front of me and wouldn't ebay it purely because of the hassle factor

dont sell it to anyone who has mk2b it will just end up a boom -a- rang,

put a disclaimer in your listing,


EG.buyer to make sure this is correct unit for there car before comitting to buy,
(they buy it its theres )
also make sure you put some marks on it, iuse blue paint,

some dodgey people out there - will buy things swap the guts over to there broken one and fire it back as not working
