General Mk1 tail lights - removing??

Trying to tint them today, can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bastards off!! Where do you even start? There are no visible bolts/screws

inside the car (opposite the light theres either 2 or 4 caps,use a small screwdriver)take them off,then thers some strange looking things these undo like nuts(turn left)you should be able to get at them with a shifter,hope this helps
