hey guys havin abit of a problem my front passenger seat dosent run on the runners properley you really have to pull on it and it comes 2 a stop and dosent want to go no more, i was going to take to take the seat out but my neighbour is a mechanic and he said dont bother might damage the bolts cause they proberley rusted from under the car any ideas guys many thanks.

Try giving the runner a spray of wd40,

You can remove the seat from the runner without getting under the car, so the bolt shoudlnt be rusty

thanks for replying mate much appreciated i tryed wd40 with a car full of mist of the stuff haha,how would i go about getting the seat out of the runners then.thnks
