Technical Mk1 Punto Mot failure

Went for MOT tonight and my 98 Punto 60sx was failed for a excessive movement from the off side rear suspension arm.

Can anyone offer advice on how best to tackle it ? Mechanic or DIY job.

If its easy enough to fit, where would be the cheapest place to get parts ??? Have to wait til the mornong to check my local motorfactors !!
