MK1 punto doors

Can any one tell me how to take the handles off my mk1 punto and cover them up so there is no handles there

you woud need a door popper kit obviously and you would need to take the handles off from the inside then weld a plate from the inside (r flush to the outside) ensuring just to tack the plate on corner to coner otherwise you run the risk of distorting the door. then you would have to smooth over with filler to blend it into the door. Its hard to get rght and if it isnt perfect it'll end up looking naff, so would get somebody else to do it for you, *ahem* look at my sig......
