Technical Missing fuses

Does anyone know what these two missing fuses are for on a fiat ducato 2007?

My owners manual says that the lower one is F46 and is absent and the upper one is F34 and also absent.

Your van does not have all possible options installed, like electrical seat adjustment or a 2nd cabin air conditioning unit, so there are always a few fuses missing.
