I haven't voted as I'm totally flexible (except the weekend of 28th Sept as thats my daughters B/Day weekend, wife would disown me if I missed that, even for such a good cause ) and of little use :dead: , but I do have both hands and ears in working order .

Date and Time has now been chosen (2 days early, ah well!)
So whoever is available to attend then please go here:

And put yourself down on the attendee's list, once all attendee's have done that you will all receive a PM with my post code and other information!
Please make sure you put yourself on the attendee list BEFORE the 8th not on the day, before, this is so I know who's coming and can get all PM's sent in good timing! And can get enough stuff in as in food and drink for that day!
