Technical metallic rattle after after cam belt & tensioner change on 1.9 JTD

Hi, since my car had its cam belt & tensioner changed its been back to the garage twice to check out a strange mettalic rattling noise, it only occures when you either let the clutch out in 1st quite sharply, or when you go on and off the throttle when in gear and going along. They have examined the engine mounts and its not them, they also say they have had the cam cover off again and there is no sign of a problem. As they cant get it to make the noise when the car is stationary the garage are stuck. Cam belt kit was a Unipart one, could it be the tensioner ? Any other ideas ? Thx David
