General Medical advice call failing

Hi all
Anyone had alarm "Medical advice call failing please consult your dealer" To do with SOS button. It does reset its self after a minute or two, I`ve also had back passenger window open when i shut the back passenger door,looks like back again to fiat dealer.

This has to do with the connect service....

1) You need a suitable SIM card in the RT3 unit.
2) You need the dealer to fill in a Connect connection form for you and send it off to have your free 1st year service activated.

Of course, if you've done all this, then you probably do want to consult your dealer!

Oh - OK. I assume you've tested that the normal Connect service is working still?
