Technical marea weekend td100 problem

hi guys, I have a marea weekend td100, when driving the rev counter will fall and rise eratically, this is accompanied by a loss in power and lumpy running, then the problem dissapears again, also sometimes a lack of power when accelerating or pulling away, The fuel pump timing solenoid was replaced about a year ago, this problem has been around for about six months, any help much appreciated.

I'm having a simillar problem to you, i have the marea TD_100 SX 1.9 1998 model, and my speedo is jumping about like mad, even when sat at traffic lights its still jumping about and adding extra miles.

Ive tried replacing the clocks but still same problem, ive even disconected the relay that sends the speed to the clocks but it only seems to get worse.

A friend of mine is a mechanik and he seems to think there is a wiring problem or earth problem, if anyone has had simillar problems your help would be very greatfull
