Marea CD changer fitment + cables

Recently got a marea and have just bought a Grundig CD player an MCD10 off e-bay, i think i may have made a slight mistake as i'm not sure it will talk to the headunit which is the CD control version , also i need the cable that runs from the boot to the headunit, can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier or is it a scrapyard job, any help would be most appreciated.

Will connect to the back of the head unit and then the cable from your CD box will connect to it.

Cheers, looking at it though i may as well buy the right one from ebay i think i can get one for less than the converter, cable and changer all together, cheers for the link though will keep it in mind.
