I've Taken My Marea For A Diagnostic After It Started Running Roughly. I Was Told By The Mechanic That Number 3 Injector Is Showing Up As Faulty Either Mechanical Or Electrical. Has Anyone Any Experience Of Removing Injectors On This Engine (i'm Having Trouble Locating Them) And Any Tips On Replacement , Checking Would Be Useful. Thanks For Taking The Time To Look At This.

Have done injectors on a stilo 1.6, which is the same.

You have to take the plastic part of the intake manifold off, then you will be able to see them, behind the metal front part of the manifold.

I remember 2x torx bolts holding the entire injector rail assembly to the manifold, lube the seals generously and pull gently with a slight rocking action side to side.

Replace no 3 injector by removing the slideclip, lube the rubber seals with a little engine oil applied by hand, and push gently into place.

Refit in reverse order

Try if possible to fit non-fiat injectors as these are pretty crap, as they still go faulty on stilos.
