I've decided I'm gonna lower my Cinq Sport (even though i can't really afford to!), I've gonna go safe and drop it by 40. Just thought i'd ask where lowering springs are ok or should i push the boat out and the the sports kit

Bye Bye Nova boyz

If you just do the springs, you will keep a bit of ride comfort. If you do both, it'll feel a lot firmer (missus). I've changed only the springs on mine (the £70 option :)), still lowers it and improves the handling without being a boneshakingly hard ride.

There's no huge downside to just changing springs.

Pete.

SEI POWER
(or lack thereof)

Springs it is then!
I decided i have to do it soon, i got up this morning and there was a cat sitting under the rear wheel arch.
My mate dropped his saxo on PI springs and that was ok (there fairly cheap too) so I'll prolby get some of them.
I might put a blade underneth when its lowered and use it as a ride on lawnmower.

Bye Bye Nova boyz
