Styling Lowering a Stilo - Tracking

Does any one know whethe lowering a stilo alters the tracking of the car or places extra strain on the suspension.

Also, what the the best lowering springs out there, and how difficult is it to fit them yourself?

It's always best ot get it checked after lowering as a precaution, I got mine checked and it was fine!

How much did the check cost, and if it is out how much would it cost to get fixed?

The check...........................

was free and the depot here charge £30 a time for four wheel laser alignment, but they have the best machine in the business and have a great reputation, people travel from miles to get their tracking done here, the machine cost them £250,000!

A normal Kwik-Fit/Hi-Q type place charges about £15.
