Tuning Looking for Stilo 1.9jtd 115 remap file

Hi, I'm new owner of 2003 Stilo SW 1.9jtd 85kW.

Car is really well maintained and it has actual 170000km on a clock. I would like to remap it, but I can't get my hands on a remap file.
Does anyone have a file that could be shared with me?
Why are those files so hard to get to anyways?
