Problems, errr wrong again, i was giving the original thread starter a list of things to look out for, yes problems, but it wasnt intended to "99.9% of the members of this forum" but to the 0.01% of the members of this forum.

I missed this thread

Before I had my cinq I drove an old shape R214. 105bhp, body was a bit on the heavy side but it had a good selection of toys, was comfy, rode well, was fairly quiet, had good steering and, IMO a lovely engine note. I can see why the K series is very popular with the likes of Caterham and Lotus. It's an excellent lump. The HG problems I believe can be solved with an uprated HG in a similar way to Hillman Imps.

K man, don't mind Jamie. A lot of members really aren't bothered about Rovers or they don't know anything about them. There are a couple of ex-Fiat owners who still hang around here who do have the mick taken out of them for the cars they now drive . Jamie was just being Jamie.

how do you know he hasnt been on here since? do you know him? sorry, i don't spend all day monitoring people activities, things to do and all that

no no no, not right, just applying logic to a person who has bought a dam good car, maybe you should take advice from my post of 'problems' leaky camshaft cover, head gasket failure, tappy engines, rotten sump pans, ohhh the list goes on
