WTF??

Never ever seen one of those before. I take It it's a kind of mobile phone? Very interesting!! Why is it shaped so different? what features does it have my phone doesn't? And why selling so cheap?!! A few questions, Just be nice to know what It "does" !! (besides making phonecalls)
