Just dropping in with the obligatory newbie post after joining the forum.

We’ve had a long run with various Fiats since the 90s — most of them great, the old 127 a bit more “character-building” than the rest — but the brand has generally served us well.

Now we’ve decided to move up to the new Grande Panda La Prima. We went for Bianco Gelato (yellow was the dream, but the delivery times weren’t!), and we’re hoping it’ll land early in 2026.

Looking forward to being part of the community and sharing the road ahead with you all.

I am surprised to hear that! They have been so popular on the continent. Going to take it as a good sign that owners not on forums asking about problems, and just quietly enjoying them 😁

My local Fiat dealership were due to get a LHD Grande Panda to show, this month. However, due to the popularity of the Grande Panda in Europe, they won’t be getting one till the spring and said that UK deliveries will be from March 26.

Manda is going to have to wait a little bit longer to meet her newest relative and have her planned photoshoot.

The dealers in Ireland said the same, trying to get a LHD to show, but going to be next year before orders start to arrive. Not committing to dates.

I test drove a LHD on the continent a few weeks ago, not the La Prima version. The Icon. Really enjoyed it. They had an electric La Prima in the store so I could see the exact spec (I am getting a hybrid though). At this stage, Fiat could hire a few tracks and let potential customers do a few laps with the LHD's.
