Technical Location of starter relay fuse??

Hi all,

Having some problems with my 09 Grande Punto and feeling pretty stumped. We’ve tested the voltage from the battery down to the solenoid of the starter and it’s gaining 12v but dropping pretty rapidly to 1v when trying to turn the car over; that’s lead us to checking the fuse box to troubleshoot everything but can’t find anything online to give a key to where the fuses related to the starter are in the engine fuse box. Anyone know??
