Technical Little Punto problems

My cig lighter is broken and doesnt work anymore after i used a car charger a few times, anyone know how to replace this, i think i will need a new one.

also my horn doesnt want to work, only does it when it feels like it

i have nad more trouble with my car since i got it than anything else.

Also my seatbelt is broken, the clip that hold the connector to connect to the holding place is broken so it slides around

are you sure its not just the fuse?

i think i blew mine once. dont really use the cig lighter often, but i think it is linked in with the clock or stereo or somet (was the only reason i noticed).
