Technical Leaf springs.

Hello all. Just a super quick question that the search function failed to answer.

Is there any way I can tell if my leaf springs on my 4x4 are worn? I think I experience a bit of rear end roll during longer turns and it may look a bit lower than it used to,but I have nothing to compare it to so I dunno. The rear shock absorbers was replaced last year so they are fine.

i go on how far the middle ply has cut into the longest ply... i know on fallout, its getting petty thin. i do have a replacement long ply to use though if it does snap it... and measurements in place so i can limp back home should the spring snap haha

Alright thanks, I hadn't thought about that. It's gone in maybe 0.5mm to 0.8mm somewhere around there so not too bad. What are the chances that the metal itself has fatigued somewhat over time?

Maybe new springs wouldn't be a bad idea anyway as I hope to take part in the panda raid next year if I can get a spot and a buddy to co-drive.
