Styling just did my vinyl grill...tell me wt u guys think.?

just did my vinyl, pretty straight forward, used that fablon from b&q £5.48....also ive got full leather interior in this 1 and i wanted to change the stitching from white to red....Matt told me u used red tcut, but i dont think i did it right as when i attemted it yesterday it jus made my passenger seat look smudggy.....any tips on that wud b great!!!

anyway....cupra splitter on its way with linear race strips also in the pipe line, imma wait for oldscholl to get back and get me a red gsr....

what about red food colouring? anyone know if that would work better?

also your number plate looks off-centre, looks a bit too far to the right.

its a de-badged top grille... will look much better with that!

Also, how did you apply the vinyl?? Did you use a hair dryer or anything? and had to take of both grills?

yh imma paint the top one black over the weekend......i didint use anything but a really sharp blade.....made a template before hand....then cut the vinyl to the template.....then i stuck on the vinyl(making sure its tight and no air bubbles) then made small cuts with the blade untill i was happy....also mke sure the blade is sharp as it will glide thru the vinyl with very little pressure.....

i no i realised it after i took the pic and adjusted it....also matt jus told me how to do the stitching the right way...jus use red tcut with a small brush

I dunno about the seats mate i dont have leather in mine! Dont even know what material the piping is.

what u can see int pipping...the white lines are stiched in....ill play around after wrk and if all fails ill jus do the steering, gear stick and hand break....there all leather with white stitching......

think they are standard on the v2 specs now....my dials are abit different aswell

They are dark grey on the S2s and S2s also have slightly different interior aswell

well the differences ive notice are... dark grey dials with chrome circles around the speedo and rev, full leather interior, and the dark grey head lights

Leather was an option in both S1 and S2. They just changed the design of the interiors and the dials on the S2.
