Does anyone have a JTD 115 that vibrates in the car like a jack hammer at idle rpm?
I have investigated mine and at the flex connection end of the front downpipe seems to be the point where the vibration is amplified back from the manifold. It seems that the only fixing is at the manifold (could be wrong) and the next fixing on the cat. The flex connection damps the resonance at certain revs but it could be much better with additional support.
Is there a fixing missing at the back end of the downpipe?
Any experience/info appreciated....
