Technical JTD 105 workshop manual?

I've done a lot of searching on here but can't find any reference to a workshop manual for JTD Bravos/Bravas. EBay isn't turning up anything either.

I know Haynes only covers petrol models.

Anybody got any suggestions? I'd like to do a timing belt and tensioner change ASAP and a manual would be an immense help.

Was it what you was looking for. I have the full fiat bravo/brava all engine models workshop manual on disc from a mate who works for fiat. Give us a shout if you need anything else. glad to help

That should do very nicely thanks. I have a disc on order, but I'm an impatient bugger. Just wanted to get an idea of whether it's worth me doing the belt myself or should I leave it to my local specialist. Think I'll see how much I'm quoted before I decide.

The belt is an easy job on the JTD as you dont need to worry about the pump timing,just line up the crank and cam and your away.

Any special tools needed to do the belt? I remember reading about a clamp to hold the cams in place on Alfas and would assume the Fiat uses something similar.

Camshaft sprocket has a mark on it to line up with a mark on the cover. Fuel pump sprocket doesn't need timing. Only tool you may need is a locking tool for the crankshaft sprocket. The locking tool is available to order from Fiat dealers for about £18.
