Thanks for the quick reply, does the ported box make a differance because i currently have a sealed box and have always wondered?

Got 10" JBL sub with a JBL amp in sei sporting. really does the job well. I say get a sealed box. look in the sei/cinq section i have a few pics of mine

Hey, ported boxes are best for listening to rock, and sealed boxes are for tight bass i think :confused: im getting the gist of things :rolleyes: slowly

In the Sei, with it being ickle, the lower frequencies are naturally boosted, thus the need for porting is less. Stick with sealed and you'll have better SQ and still the ability to drop.

Fitted last night, sounds tonnes better than the cheap stuff i had before.

Tight fit though, had to slide it in, with the rear seats folded flat (y) .
