Technical Ive Got It Yey!!

Ive got my punto engine at last!! but now i need to get it fitted. i would prefer to take it somewhere where they have done this before (had loadsa probs with incompetent garages recently)
Can anyone reccomend a garage in the northwest?
ooo ive been quoted £200 so far, what do you think?

where did u get the engine from and how much was it.

i was thinkin of droppin a 1.2 into one as i may have some left over cash from breakin my old one!!!

do u think it is worth rebuildin the engine or just droppin it in then modding it as u go along.

also would u need a new manifold or would the 1108 one work? (i do kno that that 1242 is about 10mm higher or sumthin)

probably worth doing all the seals/gaskets etc before it goes in as it'll save you doing it at a later date

Brick's right...do all the seals and gaskets definately.

Shouldnt need a new manifold, just needs a spacer fabbing up so the exhaust doesnt leak!
