Just had the front of mine redone too.
Slam panel is all one part - goes round the headlights and across the front of the car. It's then welded to the wings. Its the part that the top of the bumper bolts to.
Can be bought as 2 separate bits which then need to be welded together or as one bit pre-welded (unless you can weld I would recommend that option) This cost me £80.
I reckon it will cost you approx £500 to repair what you have metioned - if you get parts yourself on the cheap.
