Technical Is my timing chain loose?

Hi fellas. My 08 GP has the 90hp 1.3 MultiJet with 258k KMs, I feel like my chain is loose and knocking. Can anyone tell from this video? I'm not sure what an healthy MultiJet sounds like, this is after the car was used and warmed up, proper oil in it.
