Is my dealer pants!?

On Jan 17th I ordered my Panda, dealer said delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks and definately March delivery. Its now been 11 weeks and still no date and in all that time they have never contacted me, I have had to phone or see them I suppose it was too much to think Fiat dealers are getting better?

1987 126 FSM, 12" minilight style wheels, clear rear lights, smoked indicators.

That is very poor service. They obviously aren't bothered about selling cars at all. Try phoning Fiat customer service and see what they say.

if that was the type of service i recieved when buying a brand new car....they would have lost themselves a sale

This is why fiat are not doning very well in the UK. can you blame anyone for not purchasing a FIAT when there sales service is abysmal? I have now seen 1 new panda in south wales and im not suprised i hve only seen one with the main dealers in Cardif being so appalling.
