Ive got to ask because most people i talk to think im strange for doing it, but does anyone else clean the insides of there wheels????

Do you mean by taking them off? If so, no, but I do have a special wee mop thing to clean right inside the spokes of my alloys...
No i dont go as far as taking the wheels off but i get my hand and arm into the wheel with a cloth to clean it all
Nothing wrong with that!!! I would too with a nice set of aftermarkets like yours!

Best to get the salt and crap off as much as the wheel as possible. I cleaned my car yesterday and did the same, ready for the NW meet 2moro.......

Me too, i clean every bit of the wheel because the brake dust can get under the paint and will start to crack it if you don't keep em clean...
Actually my wife usually does the wheels for me while i do the rest of the car, and then when i've finished i go over them and do em propper

i was going to say Koarang does before I even know the answer from him because I know you look after your car so well.
You could use a toothbrush I suppose but then you would have to decide on manual or electric? Then Oral B or sonicare? Decisions decisions

My pride and joy is in the bodyshop next week..they better look after it as good as i do...
I used to use an alloy cleaning spray on the wheels but you really can't beat good old soapy water, and its probably worth getting some of that wax that protects the wheels. I haven't treid it yet but i will soon.
i do! mine get cleaned outside between 2 to 3 times a week and taken off and cleaned inside once a week when i do my 3 and a half hour valet! or as i like to call it my 'bonding session'!!

I wished I cleaned ours more, just never seem to find the time! TBH, reckon I have given the Stilo a clean about 3 or 4 times since I bought it, and the Ulysse, hmmm, owned it 18 months, maybe 7 times
The funny thing is, I own a top spec Karcher pressure washer, with all the attachments, so time taken is minimal.
As for the thread question, yes, I do take time with the wheels when I clean them

I would clean the inside of my wheels but, they have quite close spokes and cant get me hands through the wee lil space; but when i put me claws back on! there is plenty of space to get me hands in der to clean em! Its not strange, its takin pride n lookin after your car!

yer i do. i actually take the wheels off if am doing nothing 4 a whole day it took me about 3hours 2 clean just the outside on thursday

I got them from www.potn.com, same as the suspension. Glad to hear im not the only one with a cleaning obsession!
I did read somewhere that if you clean your car more than 11 times a month it makes you more attractive to the ladies...............dont know how but its gotta be worth a try!
