Technical Is 500 body computer the same as 500L please?

Is there a Techie out there that can tell me if the 500 body computer is the same as a 500L please?
The reason that I ask is that I can't open our 500L boot using the central locking or the boot switch.
I have checked the boot loom but I would like to trace the wiring back to the body computer and the only eLearn on the forum is for a 500, not a 500L.

Even then there are about 10 variations for the 500 and 15 for the 500L according to ePer. There are companies who will repair your existing body computer.

Thanks for the info.
I thought that they were different.
Fortunately I have found the fault.
It was the motor unit in the boot latch sticking.
I gave the boot a thump while pressing the remote & it unlocked.
