iPod problem with Kenwood's KDCW4037

Bought the Kenwood KDCW4037, and trying to hook up my ipod through the aux, but for some reason i cant even get on the aux mode..dont know why ?

it says in manual, just press the src button(i think its src, or similar) till u get to aux, but all i can do is, tuner, and standby.

Anyone know what im doin wrong? cheers

yep ipod powered on and playing !! duno why i cant get into aux mode !

any chance of another cable to try?
never used an ipod that way but its the same as the CD changers that they are not on the options unless recognised as being connected

No! I know what you need to do, i have same problem with mine. Turn the radio onto standby, hold the menu button then pan through the list until you get to AUX OFF then put in "ON2". I dont know why but they turn it off as default . Hope this helps!
