Can anyone shed any light on what may be causing low power (acceleration) on my fiat ducato 130 multijet (2013)

I have had a number of basic things changed including

Oil and filter change
Fuel filter change
Air filter change
Water pump and timing belt done recently (needed doing)

I must also add that after taking it to another garage with no further result I was told it looks like the dpf has previously been gutted and egr capped with is really not sitting well with me !

Could this be a possible cause of the below issues ?

Symptoms
Very fuely smoke on start up clears when engine warms
Occasionally when starting up it spluuters and bogs out i have to push the accelerator down to get revs up
Often rough idling on start up after a journey
Although if left overnight starts up great with no rough idling
Poor fuel economy
Lack of power when accelerating
Sometimes when revs pass 2k power seems to kick in a little but not all the time
I've noticed that if I take it for a run at 3krevs for a few miles engine power seems to be restored somewhat

it is not in limpmode as revs are never restricted and never get any EML

I have no engine management lights on the dash and when plugged in no pending codes

I am still suffering from above issues so have just bought a
multiecuscan to recored live data and also see if there are any hidden codes ect it may pull up

Also when the multiscan arrives this Saturday what shall I look at in reference to tests and also live data.

Ive not got acces to my multiecuscan so i will suggest using a template intended for a later model that you may not have precise pids for, but its a good starting point.there will be no lpegr so substute other egr tests. do a live run for at least 20mins 10 to warm up the 10-20min blast. Post the csv file here and someone will look at it. From this we should see a number of things including if the dpf has been gutted.

Thanks for your reply here is the data as requested

Might add that typically the van is working reasonably well at the moment as said its intermittent and i will get graph data of the issue asap as the power loss is very frequent

I accidently stopped the data during the drive so there is part 1 and part 2

from looking myself surely this isn't idea

actual boost pressure vs desired boost pressure
also noticed there is no reading for fuel pressure?
boost pressure acctual vs desired.jpg

the differential pressure and dpf blockage at 0 indicate the dpf has been deleated gutted removed whatever you like to call it.

on holiday with not my usual software. but as you say the actual boost is not up to desired. you are losing boost somewhere.
check pipe work is turbo actuator working. you have no egr values so we cant see if that is working or has your model got vacuum egr. what precise year and model is it do i can check on mes what is available.

Exact model is Fiat Ducato (Type 250) 130 Multijet Facelift

I think actuator/wastegate could definitely be a possibility being that it's intermitent but more powerless then working normal

Any idea why I am not getting a fuel presure reading if the sensor broken ?

I didn't get any error codes when scanning with multiecuscan.

Thanks very much for your reply and help in this it's been going on for a long while now and I have pumped lots of money into resolving the issue and at the point where I'm in for a penny in for a pound kind of thing
