General Insurance?

Hello peeps,

The policy on the Panda runs out next week, has anyone got any recommendations for a cheap deal?

It's currently insured through a high street broker and the renewal is just over £110 TPFT. I tried Privilege (the Merc is insured through them) to see if I could get second vehicle discount but they weren't coming out to play.. they wanted nearly £150 for the same cover. Hmm. Won't be going there then.

Has anyone managed to get their Panda insured on a classic policy? That's a cheaper option I hear, and as it's 13 years old and does less than 2000 a year it might qualify..

Any pointers welcome..

try www.insuresupermarket.com its a price comparison site. For classic insurance you need to be over 25 normally and the car often needs garaging, really though it would probably still be aroung a £100 tbh.

Try the Post Office, they are doing £50 cash back at the moment. My Panda insurance worked out at £30.26 net
