My Insurance is due in June and il had my cinq Sporting for 1year with pass plus. So wot i want to know is wots the best car insurance you lot with?

whos with who and wots every1 paying?

Im paying £500 TPFT on my M reg 899 cinq 2 No Claims Bonuses, thats with Norwich Union.

im paying 850 f.c 2 NCB, pass plus but i had a crash in late 2002, so that goes against me.

Im with CIS, they are quite good for young drivers. www.cis.co.uk

I'm 22 and have 2 years no claims due to an accident in 2002. I'm paying £800 full comp with Direct Line, by far the cheapest I could find at the time, I don't have any major mods that need declared though. I hear HIC are good if you want to do serious modding.

Find out which companies accept pass-plus, not all do. The just see which one of them offers the cheapest insurance. I pay a astronomical amount for insurance. 18yrs, No NCB, not been driving a year, Sei Sporting with 1242 conversion and lowered springs, ahem £2200 a year Full Comp.

My best advice is to shop around, I spend a good few hours hunting phone books and the interweb and it really does save you cash, Ive never been with a big insurer cos they wanted £1k for my 1st years, got it through these guys for £606, 2nd time the big guns wanted £800, got it for £315 and it's £255 this time, you only pay for TV Ads and nice envelopes will all the other big companies.

Oh, and I just noticed a few of you guys are on Fully Comp insurance, why? I totally couldn't afford it so TPFT was the way forward and at the end of the year I get another years NCB just the same. Just take it easy and be careful and the only accident you have is in your drawers when some numpty hits you!

it saves me paying for any damages to my car if they relativly minor, it also covers me for personal injury, i say if a car is worth over 2.5k then its best to go FC
