Insured my Bravo with Aviva - £265 fully comp, protected NCD, £350 excess, European travel as well - up to 90 days plus ........ £60 cash back to come in a couple of months time. )

i been doin insurance quotes today,cheapest is with admiral by multicar.The focus at £328 and the fiat at £382 both to start 1st may.Focus 5k per year and the fiat 3k.I then did it again and went on to add the g/f with full license 0y 1m to drive the focus as major driver.that went up and extra £100 for the year.
Im probably looking at £85 per month for both cars and both drivers.

My Bravo is 1.9JTD. £265 fully comp as above, £205 hopefully with £60 cashback. Was £172 but owing to thieving scamming uninsured scrotes everyone's insurance has rocketed the last two years.

My advice is move far away from any PR postcode.

I just did a quote with brentacre:

£1100 3rd party fire and theft
£350 excess

Not too bad considering I have 0 NCB, cheapest I've had is admiral at £950 ish but that's a lump sum payment.

Might go with these guys as I can cosmetically mod the car with no extra premiums to pay

with admiral you can pay monthly,i take it you know? lol So will still be cheaper than all the £1k quotes you have been getting.

Yeah I know that but the cheap quote is an annual payment discount, I rang them up and the quote shot up to over £1800 (nearly had a heart attack!)
