Insurance companies.................good or bad

I know that we all look for the cheapest quote when it comes to paying up for our insurance, but I was wondering if anybody can recommend insurance companys who are effeciant and helpful when it comes to making a claim?
My friend got injured when in a stationary car at traffic lights and the car in front reveresed into him, you would think that was clear cut, but it stil tok 15 months to pay him.

So, have YOU ever claimed?
Where you company helpfull?
Would you use them again?

Insurance

Sounds like it took a long time, but then RTA's can often get bogged down in claim and counter claim.
I work 4 a Personal Injury company and have heard many a horror story about how a so called "clear cut" accident took ages 2 go thru, sometimes never going thru at all !

BTW, if ur friend got injured, has he claimed 4 his injuries? If not, email me and I should b able 2 get him some Personal Injury compensation, free of charge.
Same goes 4 any1 else on here who has suffered a personal injury where some1 else was 2 blame. Email me and i'll c what i can do.
