Technical Injection system malfunction

Hi,

After fitting a new performance exhaust rear silencer, one of the warning lights of 'Injection system malfunction' has come on. What action do i take to solve the problem?

sounds like a sensor problem, maybe something to do with the cat, take vehicle for a diagnostoc check at a garage with this equipment, should be able to tell you the problem

considering youve just fitted an exhaust, its most likely to be a lambda sensor malfunction, maybe its been knocked (can kill them) or the cables have been worked loose.
