General Indicator Stalk

Hi, I went to switch my lights on the other day an the twist part to the indicator stalk (that controls the lights) had got stuck, it wouldn't twist at all, it eventually moved, an will now twist beetween off and half lights but wont twist into full light position at all. The lights don't change at all, they are stuck permanatly on half lights!

I'm guessing there is some sort of spring in it that has bust. Anyone any idea if this can be fixed or do I need a new stalk? If so has anyone got one for sale, or know a good Fiat Breakers in the Lancashire/Manchester area.
