Hi wonder if anyone has any idea about the above?
Had Barchetta in under cover storage for a few months been down a couple of times before today and it started an ran ok, today however it was flat so I connected jump leads as I connected the final black to the B the indicators blinked, as I opened the door the alarm sounded, I used the black fob to turn it off and put key in to start the dash lights came on but once I'd turned the key they went off and car wouldn't start ? Repeated the whole process a few times with the same results, when the car is connected to the donor the interior light is on but once I turn key the go off and stay off till I repeat ? Anyone had this before please ?

Age? Mine had a bit of an electrical hiccup 3 years ago. Was camped in a field for Stanford Hall in rather wet conditions and unless I held the key a certain way I had no wipers or heater. Perfect on a rainy day... Fixed by stripping, cleaning and rebuilding the ignition switch.

Hi sorry for delay in answer been in hospital , it's a 96
