I origionally posted months ago as Welsh wizard. I had my 1.6 Dynamic for two weeks before piling the front end in.
I have got it back after nearly 3 months. The list of jobs was horrendous .
E.g Air bag £266 and resetting it £85.airbag control unit £110. new seat belts £85 each. and that was before bonnet wings lights etc
£4000 damage £1700 labour. reason for post is that I have a list of virtually all front end bits and prices if anyone needs to know.
Nice to be back after all the hassle
One inspector DID say it was a write off, I could not believe it as most of the damage was cosmetic (ish) I asked for a second opinion and the work commenced. I am not spamming here but my car was repaired at AWP accident repair centre Near Donny.
It looks a good place, massive and up to date.
You can log on line put your reg no in and check progress.
It was in a long time, but they are topfor me.
My air con wasn't working BEFORE the crash, they even fixed that :worship:
Sorry about your car m8 , It is all the buggering around sorting things out, Mine as pictured earlier looked a mess, but the garrage were good they sent for three windscreens before they got one without a blemish on it.
They were very picky but good.
So far so good with mine, and all repairs carry a 12 month warranty.
Main thing is it is only a lump of metal (wait for flame ) but we got out o.k
My airbag and tensioners went off.
