General ill diesel towed away

after a week of noticing my mpg falling from an average 41, down to 35, then 26 yesterday, i had an engine management light come on and a smell of diesel.

the aa have found a plastic clip or hose has broken. The car was towed away to fiat this morning. as usual i have no loan car from them as yet

bewared - the aa would have loaned me a car if i had broken down a quarter of a mile away from home, but because i was at home it's up to fiat to supply a car!
