Dave, have a look on the lancia Y10 sites, one of the guys used to make the adaptors for about £50 to use with 305mm coupe discs I think. They fit Y10, Panda and should fit your Punto:devil:

i got bravo 1.8 discs, you cant just buy them from any where then? 
looks like a trip to kirk for normal bravo ones then, where can i get new seal kit for normal calipers then?

it dont matter what fiat, same would apply to lots of cars, since i be fitting them on a punto with bravo disks it dont belong in a section for a car
On the Cinq its Punto GT fronts 257mm vented discs, and on the rear Uno Turbo with 227 solid discs custom Earl's braided brake lines.
On the Sei we have a full Marea HLX calipers, but decided that as the fronts would need a custom mount to space the calliper out as they are 282mm vented discs that also need 15" wheels min, so even tho we have 15" wheels it means we are stuck to them and can't go back to 14". So going to clean those up and sell on to cover what we paid for them and keep the rears as they are meant for 240mm solid discs which of course are the size of the standard cento fronts. So again custom mount but you use the front discs on rear so saves a bit of money.
Speak to A&R Jordan on here as he can make custom mounts as I will probably use him for the rears on the Sei to save some time as there are so many jobs to do.
