Technical Identifying a missing part

Hello everyone! I'm new here

I noticed this broken/missing piece near the windshield wiper area on my Abarth 500C (2011) (photo attached). It looks like something used to be there and broke off, or maybe a clip/fastener is missing. I have two working washer jets left and right and this one is in the middle.

Does anyone know what this part is supposed to be?

It looks like the broken tub of the wipercover piece that would clip over the base of the wiper.

You're right, it's something like that, but I can't figure out exact part. Is that number 2?

Yes. It will probably pull out with a wiggle on a pair of pliers. Its either the back of 2 or 4 on your picture. Usually one side pulls out and the other side / end has a couble of tabs that slot into holes to hold it in place.
