i want my cinq to be the best

i have my fiat cinq now and I want to give it a thourough clean, Not that it was not clean in the first place, I did hoover the inside and seats. As well as polished all the other areas, and cleaned the windows. However how do i give the ceiling a good cleaning, and is there any way that i could clean the sun roof so that is more see through. I want to know if it is advisable to clean it with normal window cleaner spray. I love my car and I want to make it look it's best, i want to try and get tinted windows on the rear passenger windows I do not want people being able to see through them. The main question I have is there a film i can put over the windows that are on them now or do i need to replace the windows to do this. I think it will make the car look cool, also how do I get rid of scrathes on wheel trims, as well.

yup theirs loads of different types of film u can get for the windows. max power do some... dunno if there good or not. i tried doing the windows myself but failed misserably. im gonna get it prof when i get the money. as for getting scratches out of trims, you cant really, u can paint the scratches so they arent as visible but seen as they are only trims you can replace them for under £20
