Technical How to disable the immo in Cinq

Dear Pros,
Could anyone help me? Our Cinq ECU coludn't read the starting code. It started four month ago.
First some parts was replaced in a Fiat Service. After a couple of days the engine stopped after five, ten minutes drive. Then, as we were told removed a cabel under the steering wheel for short second, pluged back to restart something. It helped for two or three times. Now I can't start up the engine or if it starts somehow when I accelerate it stops immediately.
I have been adviced to try disabling the immo in the ECU?
What I need to fix that? (docs, tools, knowledge base etc.)

P.S.: I tried to buy a different ECU (build before '96) but so far I couldn't find it in my country.

ECU: IAW 16F.E0 (Fiat 500 0.9 FASE 2 IMB)

Your FAQ lists it for FIRE engines, will it work on the OHV ECU?

you can use the sporting ecu in a non fire cinq, an put the chip in that, it been done before
