Technical How to deactivate blue and me permanently ?

recently i installed an android unit with canbus to my fiat 500 2010 , this unit is nice but i have km flashing… after trying proxyaligmet with multiecuscan it was impossible to fix the km flashing ( telematics timeout error ), after a short search someone write about (conflict between Bluetooth between blue and me and android unit ) it makes sens ?? It’s any way to fix km flashing or if blue and me causing this how can i permanently deactivate ??

Simple answer is remove the rear trim panel drivers side, DO NOT remove the seat belt bolt if need be cut the panel, pull the plug on the Bluetooth module then do Proxi alignment.

Correct. You need to pull the connector off the bluetooth module itself. This will stop any battery drain and proxi alignment should then be able to correct the flashing mileage.

Hey guys, I open first the passenger side and it was no module there , after I opened the driver backside and nothing there … now I don’t understand… blue and me it’s on menu but I can’t find that module ….any idea ??

It's odd they'd put it in a different place on the lhd cars?
It's possible there's a different issue why it times out, are you using the yellow cable?

Yess, if i remove the android unit and perform proxy it works ok…

Made in China , is unbranded… but nice response and quality… after a short search on ytube there is a trick from android os to canbus and Bcm that fix’s this issue, but seller must provide this canbus file … so I’m waiting from him now to provide this solution, let’s hope

If there is no MAC address in that device and it’s local headunit no problem at all.. in Norway all ISP have a huge system protection about pinging of gdpr data and system directly block MAC address and send notification as well about a failed attempt ..

I had a similar issue today. blue nad me not working . I was using blue nad me for calls and another usb + jack aux connected to the blue and me usb for power. I think that using that for power damaged the blue nad me module. what I understand from the thing I read online is that proxy allignment only fix the flashing odometer right?

First check the fuse of blue , maybe just that ,replace it will fix your problem
If you want to deactivate first disconnect it physically and after run a proxy alignment km will stop flashing

I have same issue, my car is model 2013 and I would like to avoid dismantling the rear covers without reason. Can you please upload a photo with the exact position of your Blue&Me ECU ? many thanks

I think on a LHD it is behind/above the glovecompartment.
