half a liter should do it. ask at a body shop they will tell you.

would it be cheaper to buy my own paint rather than have the bodyshop buy it

depends really. they wil probs try and say its wrong paint or out of coulor so they have had to buy there own any way so u may aswell cut the **** and let them do it because you will have the lacquer primer thinners activators etc to get
